Please order before 3pm for next day delivery. Orders received after this time may need to be delivered the day after that requested.
Preferred am and pm delivereies can be requested but are not guaranteed - with the exception of funeral and wedding flowers.
Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday inclusive. We do not deliver on Sundays - with the exception of Valentine's Day and Mothering Sunday.
All funeral orders are confirmed with the undertaker and they will advise us what time they require your flowers by. If flowers are to be sent to a residentail address please state the funeral time together with the correct delivery details.
Flowers sent to care homes and businesses will be delivered to the main reception.
We do not deliver to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Kings Lynn
